Since 2003 I am a member of Tendoryu Aikido.
This form of aikido allows polarities to come together in me.
Like rest and energy. Consciously acting and dealing with an unconscious reaction.
It brings me more balance.
I also know that I am going to be searching around for a long time, with everything that tendoryu aikido can bring me and can give me.
It continues to be busy with development in myself and at the same time helping the other person on its way.
I am very happy that Tendoryu Aikido has come my way and that I have met so many nice people.
