Aikido and abstract art

I would like to congratulate Shimizu sensei for the 50th anniversary of Tendokan school and wish best of luck! Sensei must have had so many experiences with his students during half a century of existence of Tendoryu aikido, I can imagine because so many things have happened to me during mere nine years of practicing this style of aikido

Aikido gave me confidence and strength, it thought me calmness and sharpened my intuition. It made my dream of visiting the Land of the Rising Sun come true, which changed me profoundly. Thanks to Tendoryu aikido I have met so many wonderful people of different walks of life. Also, aikido has a great influence on my creativity.
When I read O’sensei’s explanation: “Enter as a triangle, run as a circle and a square end” I visualized it and thought how abstract it is, like an abstract painting. Since I like abstract art, I painted a series of abstract paintings.
For everything up to now I am grateful to Shimizu sensei, all the teachers and aikidokas.
